1. Cancellation by Participant
If you need to cancel your registration, written notice must be sent to our registration desk. Refund amount is determined by the date your written notice is received:
| Notice received | Refund amount | Administrative fee retained |
|---|---|---|
| On or before 31 December 2025 | 75 % of registration fee | 25 % (covers payment-gateway and admin costs) |
| 1 January 2026 – 31 March 2026 | 50 % of registration fee | 50 % |
| 1 April 2026 – 30 April 2026 | 25 % of registration fee | 75 % |
| After 30 April 2026 / no-show | No refund | 100 % |
Refunds are processed in the original currency and to the original payment method. GST paid is included in the refund proportionally. Refunds typically reflect within 14–21 business days after approval, subject to your bank or card-network turnaround.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
Submit a written request that includes:
- Your Registration ID (e.g. #42) — visible on your confirmation page and in your account profile
- The name and email used during registration
- Reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated for our records)
3. Substitution & Transfer
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague at no additional cost up to 14 days before the event (i.e. by 8 May 2026). Send the substitute's full name, designation, and contact details to registrations@iasrm.org. Workshop bundles and tier-restricted prices (such as IASRM Life-member rates) may not be transferred to non-eligible attendees.
4. Cancellation or Postponement by Organizer
In the unlikely event that IASRM cancels the conference, registrants will receive a full refund of all conference and workshop fees paid. We are not liable for any additional expenses (flights, accommodation, visa fees, etc.).
If the event is postponed to a new date, your registration will automatically transfer to the rescheduled event. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the postponement announcement.
5. Force Majeure
IASRM is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, or transportation failures. In such cases the organizer's liability is limited to the registration fees actually paid.
6. Visa & Travel
Registrants are responsible for obtaining their own visa, travel insurance, and accommodation. A denied visa is grounds for cancellation under section 1 of this policy — please supply a copy of the rejection letter with your refund request and we will apply the most favourable applicable refund tier as a courtesy.
7. Disputes
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
